HELP: Value of supposedly "rare" FL record

My cheating ex boyfriend said he got me this "really rare" record and I want to get of it. Can anyone give me an idea of what it could be worth (see photo attached). It says something in Japanese (i think) and has two songs: Do you Realize?? and Up Above the Daily Hum. Any help would be much appreciated!

It's online prices seem to range from $9.99 to $74.99.

Look for closed auctions on eBay or save a search for it on ebay and watch any auctions that might appear. Then you should see the price pop up. Also see if it's on Amazon and other sellers are selling it there.
