Order was screwed up :/

I ordered the gummy fetus and the Powerless t-shirt, but my order was never placed for the shirt even though I had confirmed the order and received a receipt. I was never charged for the shirt, but how would I go about fixing this problem? I received my fetus, but I have no clue what's going on with the shirt.
Also idk if this is the right place to ask. If it's not then please point me in the right direction.

The fetuses are being shipped out by the band, not WB, so maybe they're just being sent out separately?
