Hi, is there a way to get the contents of the 7" vinyl that accompanies the Christmas on Mars Special Edition on mp3?? Or to purchase the vinyl by itself? There is no on song on earth that would make my Holiday fulfilled like "It's Christmas Time Again" by the Lips.

It was released by itself as a picture disc 7" when the movie came out.

Radical. How did I miss this? One other question: Is there also a way to get the songs in digital form? I am tragically unhip without a record player at the ready.

No, they've only been released on vinyl.
They're streaming on the Atlas Eets Christmas site, though.
