Getting photo credentials

Hi all, apologies if this has been covered already...did some digging but couldn't find what I was looking for. Has anyone received photo credentials from the band or more likely their label? I'm a freelance photographer and wanted to shoot their show in CT on July 15th. I use professional gear (no flash of course) so I'm not using a cell phone or point and shoot so I need to get creds. Anyone? Thanks in advance.
