Does the band know how bad their fans were treated in SC?

I have been a huge Flaming Lips fan since I saw them at the Tabernacle. I got tickets to the Simpsonville show to see them and the Black Keys were a nice extra. The park management and crowd control were so bad that we missed the entire Flaming Lips show despite getting there an hour early. There were only a few gates to enter and the line literally did not move. The traffic to leave was even worse. If the guys do not know how bad their fans were cheated, someone should tell them.

This is upsetting. Is there somebody at the venue you can complain to? Not sure what good that would do but just a bummer.
