I recently had a serious issue with Ticketmaster. Here's a link for a story that was done on Seattle TV about it. Stand up for your rights!

Follow up: Michael Rapino, CEO/President of Live Nation/Ticketmaster emailed me directly regarding this. He apologized for how I was treated & pledged to work with his team to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone again. Not every day you get direct email from the CEO of a major corporation! Hopefully this will make some people's lives a little better. Know your rights!
