kinda annoyed with new record being released for RSD. my local store didnt get any copies and now they are only available on ebay for $45 and up. im glad record stores sell a few copies but here i sit as a fan since the early 90's with no copy unless i wanna shell out big bucks. makes your records kind of elitist in a way. its the music we love not the collecting. i wanna here all these songs, not brag about hoe rare my copy of this and that is

Wayne tweeted today that Heady Fwends is being released on CD and itunes next month. They're working on the cd booklet now.

also, the Lips seem to embrace youtube...I know that youtube isn't the ideal source for music, but I'm still trying to add the Ono/Lips LP to my collection, but i can hear the songs from it anytime i'm near a computer, or want to take the time to rip to cd. Its really an option if all you are interested in is hearing the songs...I'm definitely interested in both, the music IS first, but the records are beautiful AND hold the music.
