any chance the Flaming Lips would consider a subscription service to their year's worth of music? I have last year's releases after a bunch of scrambling, patience and a bit of luck, but I did not get to the NYE shows and therefor the Lips/Ono vinyl. Then the website had some available but they were sold out very fast. I love your music and really love hearing new stuff, particularly on vinyl...I can find youtube postings to hear the music but it's not quite the same as that beautiful sound I get from the turntable. I'd love it if I could somehow pre-order or subscribe to make sure I don't miss stuff.
Or perhaps "the chase" is part of the fun, and I should just shut up. Anyway, something to think about. Thanks

I have to agree. Its been absolutely painful being a flaming lips supporter lately. I luckly was able to get the neon indian, the first skull and the gummy fetus but didnt get anything else!
The site needs a complely new overhawl with a new shop and everything. Its so frustrating. Plus I dont get emails anymore letting me know when stuff goes on sale! I want one of those strobo-trips! Take my money!

I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure the monthly release thing is done.
The Strobo Trips were available here for about three weeks, so it's not like they just sold out in an hour like the Yoko 12"s did.
