"The Soft Bulletin" 10th Anniversary Vinyl Re-Release
Hey, everybody. I just wanted to let those of you who may care know that the 10th anniversary double vinyl re-release of "The Soft Bulletin" is out now. It is pressed on virgin 180 gram vinyl and comes with a bonus CD that contains "The Captain", "Satellite Of You" and "1000 Ft. Hands." It's the first time those songs have ever been officially released on CD. We meant to have it out months ago, but Dave and Michael weren't pleased with the mastering and insisted it be done again.....and again.....and again. But I feel the wait was well worth it as it sounds absolutely amazing. So, please don't spend $100 on ebay because now you can go to your favorite local record store (or order it from the WB store here) and get it for a fraction of that price. It is limited to a few thousand, though, so I wouldn't wait too long if it's something you're interested in.

The Flaming Lips will be playing this weekend at the legendary Summer Sonic Festivals in Osaka on the 7th and Tokyo on the 9th! We look forward to seeing you all out there. Our three hand-selected B-sides are now ready for you to download as a part of your ticket bundle! We chose these three rare tracks just for you, our loyal fans. They include, “Anything You Say Now, I Believe You,” “UFOs Over Baghdad” and “What Does It Mean?” We also added in a bonus song from our tour partners, Stardeath and White Dwarfs, called “Age of the Freak”.
These B-sides are IN ADDITION to the 3 songs from our brand new studio album EMBRYONIC (available everywhere on October 13th) that you already downloaded.
You will also get an official live audio recording! Most concerts will be available 3-5 days after the show you attend, or you can wait until the end of the tour. (Don’t worry, we’ll send you a reminder about the live show download.)

2. If you're not already logged in, do so. TIP: This is the same username and password you created when redeeming your first 3 songs.

This is a reminder that if you purchase tickets online to see The Flaming Lips on tour in the United States, you’ll get 3 brand new songs that will be delivered to you immediately. You’ll also receive 3 B-Sides hand-selected by the band, which will be delivered in August, prior to the start of the tour. We'll send you an email when these songs are ready, so be on the look out soon. After the show, we'll send you another email to pick up your live audio recording.

If you're seeing the Flaming Lips at a festival or attending shows outside of the UK and US, the ticket bundles with music won't be available at this time. The tickets and music are for UK pre-sales and most US shows. Please be sure to double check your event listings.
