My Daddy played the Flaming Lips for me when I was little, and I've been in love ever since. There is a certain emotion that I cannot feel without listening to their music. The Flaming Lips have been a catalyst for me - in forming friendships, overcoming obstacles, rising above inner turmoil, breaking the ice in conversations, and forming relationships. They have also been a somewhat subconscious influence on my own music as well. My dream of coming to see The Flaming Lips in concert still has not come to fruition. However, it is a major goal, and therefore, I will strive to achieve it. Thank you, Flaming Lips. If you wanna come to Columbus sometime soon, it'd be greatly appreciated:) Peace.
