I'm American, born in Greensboro NC and grew up in Danville VA. I returned to NC after high school. Played drums in several bands, moved to Italy in 2003 where I currently live with me wife and 2 daughters. I recently saw the Flaming Lips at a show in Torino and when I yelled "I came here all the way from NC" Wayne responded, "Did someone just say they came here all the way from NC?" Then he laughed and said, "Well man, you're definitely in the right place." It was one of the highlights of my life.
